How to recover printing with the CADlink RIP after the new Windows update.
STEP 1
Close the Digital Factory Apparel.
Tip: It is also recommended to remove any pending or ripped jobs from the queues.
STEP 2
Unplug the USB cable - the one which connects your laptop or PC to your printer, from your printer.
STEP 3
Download the TexJetSpoolerFIx from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/13H8xgyIBaRu1E0kSLGQTqZL3RZpNkvxX/view?usp=sharing
STEP 4
Right-click at the TexJetSpoolerFIx and Run As Administrator.
STEP 5
Follow the instructions from the window that pops up. Basically, you must hit any button twice from you keyboard, so that the Printer Spooler can start running again.
STEP 6
When the window disappears from your screen, plug in the USB again and start the Digital Factory RIP software again.
Note: In some cases, you might need to reselect the printer port in the queue manager.
STEP 7
You are ready to print now.
